Relative Strength
An RS rating of 95 means the stock out-performed 95% of the rated stocks (William O'Neil's method). The score weights the last 3 months most (40%), then 6, 9 and 12 months (20% each), counted in trading days. Rated stocks are US common stocks and ADRs worth $300M or more, with an average price above $5 over 50 days, enough trading volume and at least 12 months of trading. This page shows who leads, who is new, who is climbing or slipping, and whether the price still looks buyable.
